Final Zentangle due today!!

Your final Zentangle is due TODAY by the end of class. Make sure that it is posted on your Media Arts blog. 

 When done posting, you must complete and hand in the Zentangle rubric to self-assess yourself. DOING THIS IS A QUIZ GRADE!!

 If you are done with all of the above, you will take a set of Mirror image instructions from the front. Using an image from Google, you should follow the directions step by step to create your own mirror image. When done, please submit on your class blog as well. You may do more than one of these mirror images.

Spot Healing Brush Tool

  The Spot Healing Brush Tool is the default "healing"  and can be used to clone areas from an image and blend the pixels from the sampled area seamlessly with the target area. With it, you literally take a spot of some kind (usually a pimple or some type of scar mark) and can heal it, or make it go away. Below is a Before and After . Create an Animal Hybrid

We will begin to day to create our own unique animal hybrids. They can be from your own choosing, or you can reference mythical examples (centaur, hippogriff, minotaur, etc). 2) Insert the pictures into Photoshop. You will need to use a variety of different tools to blend the animals together. Some tools in particular are...      - Layer Mask      - Selection Tools (Magic Wand, Quick Selection, Lasso)      - Copy & Paste 3) Keep in mind the background you are using.
