Week 2 (3/30-4/3)- Lay Flat Photography

Today we are starting our first week of digital learning. It will be a new experience for all of us. If at any point you have any questions about projects/work, I will be having virtual office hours  every Monday,Tuesday and Thursday, through Zoom. Assignment- 8+ Photos due 3/23

Hi everyone!  I know there has been a lot of confusion over work being due/grades. I still am waiting to hear exact answers, but I do want to move forward with the images that you have taken already. 8+ photos were due today. I understand though that it has probably been crazy to take photos with everything going on. As of right now, I am extending the deadline for photos to next Monday, 3/23.  By Monday, post your 8+ photos on your blog. Try to also edit them if you can. When you post them, also include what your theme was in the title. If you emailed me your photos, please also post them on your blog to make it easy to keep track of.  I posted some apps/websites for editing  HERE .  If you have any questions/concerns, please message me on Jupiter right away!

I have compiled some alternatives to Photoshop that you can use while we are not in school. I am providing options for both phone and computer. Any other apps or sites that you know of, please feel free to recommend down in the comments below! Thematic Photos   T heme : A central idea in a piece of writing or other work of art Working with themes is a great way to practice your photographic skills. When choosing a theme you can chose: Similar subject matter (wa r, poverty, sports, doors etc) Similar technical composition (all black and white photographs, all same color photographs, etc) Similar mood or feeling (representation of love, anger, fear etc) Below is a list of various photographers with a link to their work.
