Week 11- Reflection & Submit 3 of your favorite Artworks


After you have completed the Reflection, I want you to go through the artworks that you have created this year on your blog. 

Please send me 3 of your favorite images. 
 
You can send the links to the original blog posting, or send me the individual images. You can either send them to me on Jupiter or to my email (lwasserman@uascriminaljustice.org).

There a couple of ways to do this...

 1) Copy and paste them in an email.
 
2) Save them to your computer, and then send them here or by email as an attachment.
 
3) Send the link to the blog page where it was posted (image examples below). To do this, on the Blogger page, click on VIEW for the blog post you want. Then simply copy and paste the url on top of the screen.

I will be going through blogs/updating grades today and tomorrow. The last day to make up missing work will be next Friday, 6/12. If you are missing work and are at risk of not receiving credit/Failing this Marking Period, I will send out individual messages.

Spot Healing Brush Tool

  The Spot Healing Brush Tool is the default "healing"  and can be used to clone areas from an image and blend the pixels from the sampled area seamlessly with the target area. With it, you literally take a spot of some kind (usually a pimple or some type of scar mark) and can heal it, or make it go away. Below is a Before and After . The chicken pox marks are no longer there!  When using the Spot Healing Brush tool, some things to keep in mind are...     1) Make the brush about the same size as the mark/spot you are trying to remove     2) Use single clicks with your mouse- dragging it can lead to weird color distortions Try using the Spot Healing Brush tool on the following images... 1) Oh no! Create an Animal Hybrid

We will begin to day to create our own unique animal hybrids. A hybrid is  a thing made by combining two different elements Here is a link that has some examples to see...   https://www.boredpanda.com/animals-hybrids-photoshop/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=organic Steps to Follow : 1) Choose the two animals you want to combine. They can be from your own choosing, or you can reference mythical examples (centaur, hippogriff, minotaur, etc). 2) Insert the pictures into Photoshop. You will need to use a variety of different tools to blend the animals together. Some tools in particular are...      - Layer Mask      - Selection Tools (Magic Wand, Quick Selection, Lasso)      - Copy & Paste 3) Keep in mind the background you are using.
